NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Board Meeting will be held on March 19th, 2025, at 7:00pm, at the South Kendall Community Church, located at 16550 SW 147th Ave, Miami, FL 33187. All homeowners are invited to attend Board Meetings. The Agenda to be discussed is below.

Establishment of a quorum of Directors.
Consideration and vote on the creation and appointment of members to the Organizing Committee for the revitalization of the Association's governing documents.
