We are pleased to share that consent acquisition for the Stonewood Revitalization has been completed. It was a pleasure meeting many of you and discussing the future of our community. We truly have something special here.

We received more consent forms than required and have delivered them to our legal counsel for submission to FloridaCommerce. We are following all statutory revitalization guidelines. While this process takes time, we are nearing the finish line and will keep you informed as we move forward.

Once this phase is finalized, we plan to schedule the Annual Meeting as soon as possible. Notice will be posted here and also sent in writing to every homeowner.

Update 10/26/2025: We are still waiting for approval from FloridaCommerce. As soon as we have communication back from them we will be reaching out to the community via a number of mediums to discuss holding our Annual Meeting. Update 12/28/2025: CONGRATULATIONS! Stonewood is officially a HOA again. On 12/12/2025 our revitalized covenants were recorded by the County! As we wind down through the Holiday Season we will work to setup a Community meeting to go over this one year journey and discuss next steps as we move forward together.
