The Stonmewood HOA Annual Meeting will take place on September 29th, 2026 at 7:00pm at the South Kendall Community Church at 16550 SW 147th Ave Miami, FL 33187. All homeowners were mailed the notice. There is one Board Director position open and if you are interested please feel free to send us an email if you have any questions.

We are pleased to share that consent acquisition for the Stonewood Revitalization has been completed. It was a pleasure meeting many of you and discussing the future of our community. We truly have something special here.

We received more consent forms than required and have delivered them to our legal counsel for submission to FloridaCommerce. We are following all statutory revitalization guidelines. While this process takes time, we are nearing the finish line and will keep you informed as we move forward.

Once this phase is finalized, we plan to schedule the Annual Meeting as soon as possible. Notice will be posted here and also sent in writing to every homeowner.
